Building an AI ecosystem
The project laid the foundations for an AI ecosystem by analysing technologies, skills and requirements and developing a suitable open-source architecture. The validated stack and roadmap enabled a structured build-up.

Objective
Map the AI-based requirements of all business units, the state accounting department and the district authorities within an AI ecosystem, and integrate external service providers without compromising digital sovereignty.

- Review of the AS-IS status and stakeholder pre-discussions
- Requirements analysis for the architecture
- Scenario development for hosting
- Workshop-based architecture design with experts
- Open-source stack taking existing skills into account
- Review of interoperability with existing systems
- Definition of a roadmap with a focus on data quality

Result
Analyses carried out, a stack proposed and validated, and a comprehensive roadmap developed based on business, technical and organizational findings.
